This converter supports 11 major world currencies including USD, EUR, GBP, JPY, KRW, CNY, CAD, AUD, CHF, INR, and MXN. It uses hardcoded reference exchange rates relative to the US Dollar to perform conversions between any pair of supported currencies.

Simply enter an amount, select your source and target currencies, and see the converted value instantly. The swap button lets you quickly reverse the conversion direction. The exchange rate between the two currencies is also displayed for reference.

Currency conversion uses a two-step process through USD as the base currency:

Step 1: Convert source amount to USD: USD Amount = Source Amount / Source Rate to USD

Step 2: Convert USD to target currency: Target Amount = USD Amount × Target Rate to USD

Example: Convert 1000 EUR to JPY → 1000 / 0.92 = 1086.96 USD → 1086.96 × 149.50 = 162,500.00 JPY
